A: Our factory is located in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China, close to Guangzhou, You can fly to Hongkong. Guangzhou or Shenzhen airport directly. You are warmly welcome to visit us whenever you are available!
Q: What is the raw material of your products?
A: As general, the raw material of steel code is Q235. Other steel is also available to client’s requirements.
Q: What is the term of payment?
A: As general, 30% T/T down payment and balance before shipping
Q: What is delivery times
A: It depends on the order quantity and shelves types. As general, within 2 working days for the goods in stock, and around 15 working days for the customized shelves.
Q: Which port will be used as loading port?
A: Guangzhou port, the closest port to us, is strongly recommended as loading port. Shenzhen port is also available, but not recommended because of much higher in-land trucking transportation costs
Q: May I know the status of my order?
A: Yes. We will send you information and photos at different production stage of your order. You will get the latest information in time
Q: Are samples available?
A: Yes. Short sections of samples could be provided, they are free of charge, but international courier is on client’s cost.
